In July 2024 we were awarded Rural England Prosperity Fund through Cotswold District Council for the funds to build a roundwood shelter.
The shelter is made from timber from local woodland, using local skilled greenwood and timber frame builders, Nick Salter Natural Building and Landscaping leading the project. As well as providing for our basic needs and a wonderful meeting space, it has enabled us to strengthen links with partners by providing more welcoming and inclusive facilities and help us provide further opportunities for the community to access woodlands, local heritage and wellbeing and health in nature.
