We love play ideas that are simple, beautiful and always unique, and ice mobiles are a perfect example of this. All you need is
- petals, leaves, cones or other natural materials
- containers, e.g. bowl, tray or silicone cupcake cases
- string
- water
Find some natural materials, ideally colourful things like leaves, berries, herbs or petals of early flowering plants (just take a little) and put them in your container. Add string if you plan to hang them up, then fill with water and leave out over night. If it is cold enough, your creations will be ready to be played with and/or hung up the next morning.
